Established in 1982, Affordable Housing Societies (AHS) is dedicated to the ongoing development, ownership, and management of rental housing tailored to meet the needs of low- and moderate-income families, seniors, as well as individuals and couples. Governed by a Board of Directors comprising business, professional, and community leaders, AHS sets policies, approves significant transactions, and ensures the achievement of its objectives. Located centrally in Surrey, AHS is overseen by an Executive Leadership team.

Nestled in the heart of Coal Harbour, the distinguished C-Side Tower and Townhomes emerge as a flagship property within the portfolio at AHS.
