Are pets allowed at C-Side?

In our community, we maintain a no-animal policy, except for approved Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Service Dogs. We understand the significant role that animals can play in providing comfort and support to individuals with specific emotional needs. Therefore, residents can request approval for an ESA by following our established process, which typically involves completing necessary forms and obtaining authorization. This policy ensures that our community remains welcoming and supportive while also upholding necessary regulations for the well-being and safety of all residents. Are the suites equipped with a washer and dryer?

All subsidized suites at C-Side come equipped with hook-ups for a washer and dryer, enabling residents to install their own stackable units. Before using these appliances, a staff member will conduct an inspection of the connections to verify proper installation. It is mandatory for all washers to have braided hoses to ensure safety and functionality.

Each Low End of Market suite is furnished with a washer and dryer, offering a hassle-free laundry experience. With these appliances readily available, maintaining fresh and clean laundry becomes effortless. If I don’t have a washer and dryer, are there laundry services at C-Side?

If you don’t have a washer or dryer in your suite, our on-site laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor. No need to worry about hauling heavy loads of laundry or waiting for machines at a crowded laundromat. Our spacious and well-equipped laundry room offers a hassle-free solution to your laundry needs. With multiple washers and dryers available, you can tackle your laundry with efficiency and convenience. Experience affordable laundry services priced at just $1.50 per load. With this accessible rate, keeping your clothes clean and fresh is both economical and convenient.

Do the suites all have a dishwasher?

In our suites, we do not provide dishwashers as part of the amenities. While we understand the convenience that dishwashers offer, our focus is on providing comfortable and affordable living spaces without this appliance.

Are parking stalls available for tenants?

Underground parking at C-Side boasts a total of 312 secured and wheelchair accessible parking spaces for residents. Parking space will be allocated to each eligible household on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability.

Are Electric Vehicle charges available at C-Side?

Currently, our community does not have electric vehicle (EV) chargers available on-site. While we understand the growing importance of sustainable transportation options, we are currently unable to provide EV charging facilities. We encourage residents with electric vehicles to explore alternative charging options available in the surrounding area. Despite the absence of EV chargers on-site, we remain committed to evaluating and implementing environmentally friendly initiatives that enhance the overall sustainability of our community. Are all tenants required to have tenant insurance at C-Side?

All tenants are required to always maintain mandatory tenant insurance to live within our community. Tenant insurance offers coverage for personal belongings, liability protection, and additional living expenses in case of emergencies such as fire, theft, or floods. Are barbeques allowed on the patios and decks at C-Side?

Is there a place to store my bike(s) at C-Side?

Our community boasts multiple secure bike rooms, providing residents with a safe and convenient space to store their bicycles. Equipped with sturdy racks and ample space, our bike rooms offer a great option to safety store bikes. Whether you’re an avid cyclist or simply enjoy leisurely rides along the Seawall, you can trust that your bike will be safeguarded in our dedicated facility.
